Our SEAC (Special Education Advisory Committee) hosted a Back to School Bash for families of students with disabilities, and Bounce House of Joy was outstanding! Their customer service was excellent, they prioritized safety and cleanliness, and the equipment was in excellent condition. Everyone had a blast! We highly recommend Mr. Norman and his team at Bounce House of Joy for any event—you won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Mr. Norman, for helping make our event such a success!

John with Bounce House of Joy has always been so wonderful to work with! He has been our saving grace every time we’ve had a party and needed rentals (chairs, tables, tents, bounce house). This year we slipped up and didn’t realize until last minute (literally) that we forgot to rent tables, chairs and tents, and John saved the day! He is always very professional, friendly, the items are clean and affordable, and he’s always on time. We’ve told all of our friends and family to use Bounce House of Joy for their party rental needs and we will FOREVER be a customer of John!! Thank you!!

John was awesome! I originally booked for Thanksgiving, and he understood when I needed to reschedule due to bad weather, there was no extra charge and then we re-booked it for March! Threw a small birthday party and the kids loved it! He did the whole setup and breakdown! Will be booking again!! Mr. Norman showed up to set up, and take down, when he said he would, the bounce house was clean and did not smell, "we have had bad experience in the past with a different company", He made sure it was clean in and out before he allowed anyone in it. Bounce House of Joy is our families go-to party rental service from now on. Thank You Mr. Norman.

We recently utilized Bounce House of Joy for last minute accommodations and Mr. John was absolutely wonderful! He was very professional, arrived on time, setup and disinfected the bounce house, popcorn machine, and snow cone machine and provided tutorials on operating all items. Mr. John was very professional in person and on the phone. My appointment for delivery was for set up was 11:00pm he called and ask if he could come earlier. Coming earlier was perfect; it didn’t take him no time to set up. I would recommend him to everyone. If I had any questions about anything he always answered when I call!!!! Found John and the company on google. Booked online and communication was excellent. John reached out a few days before our scheduled party as it was supposed to rain. We were able to easily shift to the following weekend. Prices very reasonable. Also rented three tables and 20 chairs. John showed up early and setup the bounce house then returned at our end time to take it down. Highly recommend!

Our church had a community event this past weekend in Chesapeake. We hired Bounce House of Joy to make our event festive. They were simply amazing! The owner was friendly and accommodating.
